The Nutrition Unit studies the relationship between food, health and physical activity and their effects on our patients, in order to design a tailored diet based on their specific needs.
It supports athletes throughout the whole cycle of their sports practice: rest, exercise and recovery.
Nutrition means using the food we eat to support our body structures and to obtain the energy we need to carry out our daily activities.
We also study the effect that different nutrients have on our patients and their health.
